Our Own Products and Services
Digital Products (Courses, eBooks, Downloads, Funnels, etc.): Because digital products are immediately accessible upon purchase, all sales of digital products are generally final.
Services (Coaching, Consulting, Done-For-You Services, etc.): Refunds for services are handled on a case-by-case basis. Once a service has been delivered or work has commenced, refunds may not be available. Please contact us at support@digitalincomemaven.com to discuss your situation.
Physical Products (if applicable): If we offer physical products, they may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.
